A lot of money was raised in Campbell River and the Comox Valley on the Coldest Night of the Year.
The annual fundraiser - held across the country on Saturday - is a family-friendly walk to raise money for local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
Fundraising efforts across Canada have brought in a whopping $12,058,936 and donations continue to pour in.
The Campbell River & North Island Transition Society, and the Comox Valley Transition Society, along with Dawn to Dawn, held walks on Saturday.
More than $55,000 was raised in Campbell River while the Comox Valley walk brought in more than $172,000.
