The Raven's Par-Tay on the Fairway returns for its 4th Annual event!

Join us for one of the North Island's most enjoyable charity golf tournaments as we spend a day on the course raising funds for MARS Wildlife Rescue.

Your registration helps support the incredible work MARS Wildlife Rescue does by rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing injured and orphaned wildlife throughout Vancouver Island and British Columbia.

Whether you're playing for bragging rights, great prizes, or simply an unforgettable day with friends, we look forward to seeing you on August 28th!

Event Details

Date: Friday, August 28, 2026

Location: Saratoga Beach Golf Club

Event Time: 12:00 PM until approximately dusk

Registration Fee: $40 + GST per golfer

Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Golfers can reserve their tee times directly through Saratoga Beach Golf Club by visiting their website or by calling 250-337-2208.

Registration Includes

Each paid golfer registration includes:

• One round of golf
• Access to all scheduled event activities
• Lunch and dinner
• Prizes and giveaways
• Access to contests and on-course games
• An opportunity to support MARS Wildlife Rescue

Event inclusions are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Participation

Spectators are welcome to attend the event at no charge.

Participants under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event.

Registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold or bartered.

Course Rules & Safety

All golfers must comply with the rules and policies of Saratoga Beach Golf Club.

Participants may be required to complete any liability documentation requested by the golf course before participating.

Golfers are expected to:

• Follow all golf course rules
• Maintain an appropriate pace of play
• Respect golf course staff, volunteers, sponsors and fellow participants
• Follow all directions provided by event organizers

Safety restrictions may apply at any time.

Weather Policy

This event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine.

Should severe weather or unsafe course conditions occur, Saratoga Beach Golf Club and 100.7 The Raven reserve the right to delay, modify, suspend or cancel any portion of the event.

Alcohol Responsibility

Alcohol may be available during the event.

Participants choosing to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly.

100.7 The Raven and Saratoga Beach Golf Club reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inconsistent with the spirit of the event.

Photography & Media

By attending this event, participants and spectators grant 100.7 The Raven permission to photograph, record and capture video and audio during the event.

These materials may be used by 100.7 The Raven, event sponsors and partners for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media and future event purposes without compensation.

Prize Information

Prize winners will be contacted following the event if necessary.

Unless otherwise specified, prizes must be claimed by September 30, 2026.

Government-issued photo identification may be required when collecting prizes.

Prize values are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.

Event Changes

100.7 The Raven reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the event, including activities, contests, prizes, sponsors, schedules or event details at any time without prior notice.

Release of Liability

By participating in or attending this event, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with golf and outdoor recreational activities.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless:

• MARS Wildlife Rescue
• Event sponsors
• Volunteers
• Staff
• Contractors
• Event partners

from any claims, damages, injuries, losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

100.7 The Raven and Saratoga Beach Golf Club assume no responsibility for:

• Injuries or medical emergencies
• Lost, stolen or damaged personal property
• Weather-related delays or cancellations
• Technical or administrative errors
• Registration issues
• Prize substitutions or availability
• Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of event organizers

Participants acknowledge that any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses directly related to event participation.

Code of Conduct

100.7 The Raven is committed to providing a fun, welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, excessive intoxication or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.

Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant without refund whose behaviour negatively impacts the safety or enjoyment of others.

Severability

Should any provision of these Event Information & Participation Guidelines be found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
