Non-profit and charitable organizations across the Comox Valley are being reminded that Thursday, October 15th, is the final day to apply for community grant funding through the Comox Valley Regional District.
The regional district's 2027 community grant program provides financial support to eligible organizations delivering programs, services and initiatives that benefit local communities.
Funding opportunities are available for organizations involved in rural community development, arts and culture, and recreation throughout the Comox Valley.
The grants are intended to help strengthen local communities by supporting organizations that contribute to community well-being, encourage participation in recreational and cultural activities, and provide valuable services to residents.
For eligible non-profit and charitable groups, the funding offers an opportunity to support existing programs or help move community-focused initiatives forward in the coming year.
Organizations interested in receiving funding for 2027 are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements and submit their applications before today's deadline.
Applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. today, Thursday, October 15th.
Additional information about available grants, eligibility requirements and the application process can be found by visiting Comox Valley Regional District.
