As part of the City's Downtown Stormwater Mitigation project, Campbell River crews are clearing gravel and debris buildup from downtown stormwater drains to restore proper flow and prevent potential overflows.

Flushing began Thursday and inspections will take place Friday.

Watch for workers and expect minor traffic delays.

Schedule of work:

• Storm Flushing: Starting January 9, 2025
• CCTV Inspections: Beginning January 10, 2025
• Minor traffic delays are expected during this process. Please follow all traffic controls in place.
