Friday & Saturday, January 31st & February 1st, it’s the 34th annual World Community Hybrid Film Festival at the Sid Williams Theatre in Courtenay.

The festival showcases engaging & inspiring documentaries that highlight social & environmental justice stories from Canada & around the world. This year’s Friday night feature will be ‘Incandescence’ by Velcrow Ripper & Nova Ami. Saturday will feature 5 inspiring films from 11:30am-5pm & the Saturday night feature will be ‘The 9 Lives of Barbara Dane’.
