Friday, June 12th, the Comox Valley Regional District is holding a free, family-friendly FIFA World Cup watch party at the Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds.

Supported through provincial grant funding, the event will celebrate the FIFA World Cup with live match screenings, local entertainment, food vendors, skills competitions, bouncy castles, live music & entertainment & more. A large outdoor screen will broadcast both Team Canada’s & Team USA’s opening matches, with Canada taking on Bosnia & Herzegovina at 12pm, followed by the U.S. facing Paraguay at pm. It’s from 11:30am-8pm, it’s free to attend & everyone’s welcome.
