Community Health Services and Mental Health and Substance Use services will be swapping locations in the Comox Valley next week.

Island Health says the moves will improve service delivery and better accommodate each program's needs.

Beginning Monday, March 23, Community Health Services will move from 941A England Avenue to 101-1742 Cliffe Avenue, with the new location providing improved space and layout for appointments and clinical work.

Comox Valley Mental Health and Substance Use services, including Adult Community Support Services, Rehabilitation Services and the Withdrawal Management Program, will move from 101-1742 Cliffe Avenue and 200-635 Fitzgerald Ave to 941A England Avenue.

Island Health says all phone numbers and service hours remain the same unless otherwise communicated by care teams.
