Get on your broomstick and follow the witches & black cats to the annual event, put on by Courtenay Recreation in partnership with the Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association. The Lewis Centre will host the Witches Brew Café, with a free Cauldron brewed beverage, family photos, carnival games & treats. There’ll be Trick-or-Treating Trick or Treat Parade at downtown businesses on 4th, 5th and 6th streets from 4:30-7:30pm & then make your way to the Lewis Centre for the Halloween party.
