Village Of Cumberland Hosting Final Q&A Today On Tree Protection Bylaw

If you missed the session last night, the Village of Cumberland is hosting another today as it looks at the possibility of protection bylaws to protect trees on private property.

The sessions are part of the Village’s Urban Forest Management Plan, created in 2020, which identified a significant loss of tree canopy cover, mainly due to land development.

Today’s session runs from 1230pm to 2pm.
