Tuesday, October 17, 2023, is the deadline for Campbell River residents to get in on any fireworks fun for Halloween.

The big night is two weeks away - and if you want to light off any fireworks, you do have to have a permit.

Applications need to be in two weeks ahead of time, meaning today’s the last day to apply.

If you want someone else to do the work for you - the Campbell River Fire Department is throwing its support behind the annual Halloween Fireworks event, sponsored by the Willow Point Firefighters Association.

The event will take place at 8 p.m. on Halloween night, at the Sportsplex.
