Construction continues to move ahead on the new Strathcona Gardens Aquatic and Wellness Centre in Campbell River.
The Strathcona Regional District says crews have made progress across all areas of the facility, with structural steel and Q-deck installation now complete.
Work is also underway on steel stud framing, roofing, and concrete masonry walls.
Pool piping under the slab is being installed in all pool areas - including the hot, leisure, wellness, and lap pools - while the pool slide platform and access stairs are also taking shape.
Mechanical and electrical systems are now being installed in the technical corridor as the project continues through the fall.
Residents can stay up to date on construction progress by signing up for alerts at Strathcona Regional District.
