Stage 3 Water Restrictions will be in effect as of July 10th, 2026 for users of the Cumberland Water System.

The Village says Stage 3 restrictions will help reduce the demand on the water supply and ensure an adequate amount of water for daily use and emergency fire suppression throughout the summer months.

The following is NOT permitted under Stage 3 Restrictions:

• watering a lawn or boulevard
• filling a swimming pool, hot tub or garden pond.
• filling or operating a non re-circulating fountain.
• washing a vehicle or a boat with water.

Under Stage 3 you may water your garden during certain times of the day.
