Residents in the Comox Valley will have a chance to meet with recreation staff and share feedback this morning at the Comox Valley Sports Centre.
The CVRD’s Recreation team will host a drop-in meet-and-greet from 9:00 to 11:00am.
Anyone who attends can learn about capital project planning, upcoming infrastructure upgrades, ongoing programming, and the work happening at both the Sports and Aquatic Centres.
A similar event was held this fall, and Senior Manager of Recreation Services Jennifer Zbinden says the team is looking forward to hearing from residents once again as they continue shaping customer service improvements and long-term planning.
Participants are encouraged to offer suggestions that will help better meet the needs of the community.
Those who provide feedback will be entered into a draw for one of two 10-visit punch passes for use at either facility.
Anyone unable to attend can review materials and submit comments online by visiting Comox Valley Regional District.
