The City of Campbell River is continuing work to replace the aging traffic lights at South Alder Street and Hilchey Road with all new components.
When the project is complete, there will be a new left turn arrow for southbound traffic on Alder Street.
Construction begins today and will last approximately three weeks with work taking place on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Minor traffic delays are expected throughout.
This is the second and final round of construction for this project. The first round of construction was completed earlier this year.
