On April 1, 2024, the Royal Canadian Air Force marks 100 years of service as a distinct military element.

The RCAF 2024 Team is curating a year-long program that includes International, National and Regional events such as the RCAF Run, the RCAF documentary Legends of the Sky, official RCAF Centennial merchandise, and the RCAF Gaming Tournament.

The 19 Wing Centennial Team is also busy planning for next year, with the 19 Wing Airshow scheduled for Saturday May 18th.

They’re inviting people from Vancouver Island and the Comox Valley to enter the Wing, meet the people who serve, enjoy the aircraft on static display, and watch the flying displays, including the RCAF Snowbirds.
