There will be a couple of road closures in Campbell River on Friday.

There will be a partial road closure on Island Highway 19A, between Tamarac Street and Spruce Street, from 8am to 1pm for paving following a water repair.

Single alternating traffic will be in place, and minor delays may occur.

Expect delays on 6th Avenue as well, between Alder Street and the Island Highway.

Crews will be paving from 8am to 4pm.

Local traffic access will be available, and minor delays may occur.
