Comox Avenue will be closed for construction at Stewart Street today and tomorrow between 7am and 8pm each day.

The intersection will reopen to through traffic overnight tonight.

Comox Avenue through traffic will not be permitted east of Port Augusta Street or west of Pritchard Road.

Commuters are advised to follow the blue marked detour route along Port Augusta Street and Balmoral Avenue.

Local traffic will continue to have access to all residences and business establishments in the vicinity of the closure zone.

BC Transit will maintain its regular operations through the construction area, and bus stops for riders will remain unchanged.
