A 27 year old from Richmond man has been told to remain out of Campbell River after a pair of drug arrests last month.
On October 18th, members of the Campbell River RCMP's Street Crime Unit with the assistance of the Major Crime Unit arrested a suspect in a parking lot off of Merecroft Road.
They found a variety of drugs - mostly fentanyl - along with $845 cash. They also seized his car.
The man was eventually released from custody - but was soon busted again.
Police say they learned the suspect was still peddling drugs in the community - and made another bust, at a hotel room, on October 26th, where they found more drugs - about twice as much fentanyl, crack and cocaine this time, along with $84 hundred in cash - they also seized a truck.
The man was released again - on conditions not to be found in Campbell River.
His first court appearance is coming up in January and police are recommending numerous charges related to trafficking.
