The Ribbers are coming back to the Comox Valley!

After two long years, Strathcona Sunrise Rotary is hosting RibFest at a new location in the Valley next month.

The Rotary-sponsored RibFest will be held at Village Park Cumberland from Friday August 26 through Sunday August 28.

Rick Gibson, president of the Strathcona Sunrise Rotary Club, says five large rib trailers and their crews are bringing a summertime party to the Valley, for the club's major fundraiser, being billed as “a family-friendly weekend event after a two-year COVID hiatus”.

Village Park will open for this event beginning at 5pm Friday night, August 26, reopen at 11:00 am on Saturday August 27th and Sunday August 28th and will continue until 4pm Sunday afternoon.
