Local youth will get to stay an hour after they close the building to the rest of the public and take part in food challenges, enjoy pizza, music & glow stick' swim.

There’s also the All Ages Frozen games skating event, with fun games & more, at the Comox Valley Sports Centre Arena this afternoon from 3:00-4:45pm.

The skating public can enjoy a fun event Friday afternoon for all ages at the Comox Valley Sports Centre Arena.

In addition, Campbell River Minor Box Lacrosse will be holding free drop-ins for youth aged 5 to 17, to give the game a try.

It’s hosting free drop-ins on Tuesday nights for the rest of this month and most of February, from 6pm to 8pm at Thunderbird Hall.

Canada’s National Sport - Box Lacrosse is a fast paced, high scoring team sport that puts an emphasis on athleticism.
