Police Seek To Return Baggage Taken From Comox Valley Airport

Comox Valley RCMP are looking for help in tracking some missing bags from the Comox Valley Airport.

Around 130pm on March 8th, a traveller arriving had two of his bags taken, possibly inadvertently; however, they have not been returned.

The bags contained a CPAP machine, prescription medication, and expensive electronics.

"We would like to get these bags back to their rightful owner.", said Constable Monika Terragni, Comox Valley RCMP Media Relations Officer.

"So, we are releasing a picture of the person who was seen carrying the bags out of the airport. If you know who this is, please give us a call."

They left the airport in a small red vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to call Comox Valley RCMP and refer to file 2024-3435.
