The Village of Cumberland is holding an interactive street event today to launch public consultations for two key planning projects in the Village: a new Transportation Master Plan and an update to the Official Community Plan (OCP).

The drop-in, on Third St between Dunsmuir and Penrith Avenues. is happening from 12pm to 7pm.

It’s more than just a chat - for the Transportation Master Plan – participants can use props to lay out preferred street designs for different types of transportation corridors in the Village.

The Official Community Plan portion includes drawing or doodling to share visions for Cumberland for the next 10 years and beyond.
