Sayward residents can get an update on how the Newcastle Creek Wildfire has been handled tonight.

The Village and the Strathcona Regional District had been asking residents affected by the fire to provide feedback on the emergency operations centre and communication activities.

Results of the survey, and a final report, will be one of several topics discussed at the Newcastle Creek Wildfire Community Meeting.

It takes place from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm tonight at the Kelsey Recreation Centre.
