Comox Valley Schools has signed a new Local Education Agreement with K’ómoks First Nation.
Board Chair Tonia Frawley and Chief Nicole Rempel have signed off on the agreement that will focus on improving success of K’omoks First Nation students in the years ahead.
Among other things, the five-year agreement includes learning and funding needs for First Nation students.
The last agreement between the two ended in 2006.
