A 25 year old man missing in the Mount Albert Edward area of Strathcona Provincial Park has been found.
Keshav Jindal is safe and sound.
Jindal went hiking with a friend on Monday afternoon and became separated. He spent three nights on the mountainside, located in a steep crevasse Thursday morning.
Comox Valley Search and Rescue says the search brought together seven Search and Rescue teams from across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland, along with partner agencies.
The team thanked everyone who came together to support the search, and to the public for sharing information and supporting the effort.
The team says they’ll share further details when appropriate.
