London Drugs Phone Lines Re-Open After 4-Day Cybersecurity Challenge, Stores Remain Closed

London Drugs phone lines are now operational, however the chain says If needs are urgent, customers should visit their local store in-person during regular business hours for immediate support.

London Drugs Pharmacists are on-site at all store locations to assist with emergency prescriptions needed and other urgent care.

Canada Post offices located inside London Drugs stores are also fully operational.

On Sunday, the retailer discovered that it was the victim of a cybersecurity incident. All stores will remain temporarily closed across Western Canada until further notice, while continuing to provide customers with urgent pharmacy care.

London Drugs says it is currently working with third-party cybersecurity experts to bring operations back online in a safe and secure manner.

The investigation is currently assessing the extent to which any data has been compromised in the incident.

In the event the investigation determines that personal information was impacted, London Drugs says it will notify affected individuals in accordance with privacy laws.
