Island Health has issued a Toxic Drug Advisory for the Comox Valley and Nanaimo.
The warning will be in place until next Wednesday.
Island Health says overdoses are increasing and the drug supply is highly toxic.
If you suspect someone of overdosing, call 911 immediately and, if available to you, administer Naloxone.
