The Comox Valley Regional District is hosting an information session tonight on upcoming Alternative Approval Process initiatives.
It goes from 5pm to 7pm at the CVRD office in Courtenay.
Residents can learn a little more about what is intended, including information on proposed long-term borrowing for the construction of a second artificial turf under the Comox Valley Track and Field Service.
There are also proposed chances in how emergency shelters and homelessness support services are handled.
Staff will be on hand to answer questions about the initiatives and provide more information into the changes being proposed.
More information can be found at Comox Valley RD AAP.
The AAP response period begins on January 15th and ends on February 18th.
