The City of Courtenay is looking to improve bylaw services in the community.
Visit Bylaw Compliance Strategy for more information on the project and a link to a short online survey and provide feedback by July 25, 2023.
Acting Mayor Melanie McCollum says as the city plans for the future, they want to know what’s working, and where they could improve.
The community is also invited to meet members of the City’s bylaw enforcement team and project consultants at pop-up booths around the community, starting with one tomorrow (Tuesday June 27) from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Courtenay Riverway parking lot located at the end of 20th Street near the Marina.
They’ll also be out on Wednesday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Duncan Ave Parking Lot at Duncan and 4th.
The project team is planning at least one more pop-up this summer, with more information coming soon.
You can visit the booths, speak with the team to discuss ideas and concerns in person, and pick up a hard copy of the survey.
