With the arrival of this year's storm season, in an effort to prevent local flooding, the Town of Comox is requesting the public’s help in clearing leaves and debris from storm catch basin grates.
Residents are also being asked to not rake or blow leaves from private property onto the public roadway as it creates a hazard and nuisance. As well, it goes against town bylaws.
Comox Acquires Land For New Public Park
The Town of Comox has purchased more than 2.6 hectares of land on Balmoral Avenue to create a new public park and green space.

There will be a full road closure on Glen Eagle Drive, Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. while Campbell River crews complete a water service repair.
