Courtenay’s Annual Halloween Parade and Party is quickly approaching.
The event is put on by Courtenay Recreation in partnership with the Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association.
Residents are encouraged to start off in Downtown Courtenay at 4 p.m. on the 31st for the Trick or Treat Parade at businesses on 4th, 5th and 6th streets.
The Halloween party runs from 5pm to 7pm at the Lewis Centre, with carnival games, arts and crafts, a photo booth and treats. Admission is free.
The LINC Youth Centre’s Haunted House will also be open from 6pm to 8pm on Halloween night geared towards younger children and those who are more easily frightened. Admission is $2/person or $5/family.
