Emergency repairs to the Goose Spit log wall are underway in Comox.
Work was needed after damage caused by the recent storms.
Crews will be working through Friday with up to two excavators on site during low tide to fix any damage that occurred and repair existing infrastructure.
Due to forecasted tides and nature of the work required, night work will be necessary.
