It’s a big weekend for Carihi students, and the family and friends of Jonah Shankar.
The fourth annual Jump for Jonah Basketball Tournament is set to take place tomorrow.
It’s an all-ages event, to remember Jonah Shankar, a former Carihi student who passed away from cancer in 2021.
Money raised from entry fees is heading to local charity.
It’s an all-day event, from 8am-8pm, it’s $400 per team to register, with all money raised benefiting local charities.
