A meeting is set for Monday night for residents in the Upper Campbell Lake area to discuss a fire protection plan.
Currently, the area does not receive fire protection.
The Strathcona Regional District says it hasn’t been approached by residents on the issue - but it wants to determine whether interest exists for staff to look into the idea.
The district says feedback will either justify further investigation or indicate that there is no need to take it further.
The meeting is happening at 7:00 pm at the Strathcona Park Lodge or via Zoom.
