Comox Valley residents have until this afternoon to provide input as the CVRD works on its 2026 to 2030 financial plan.
The five-year plan outlines both operational and capital costs for services, including wastewater treatment, water systems, emergency services, parks and trails, recreation, planning and development, transportation, and other programs that support quality of life in the region.
Residents can provide feedback at comoxvalleyrd.ca/budget until 430pm today, having launched the survey earlier this month.
The CVRD delivers 102 services, each with its own unique budget, to residents in Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland & Electoral Areas A, B & C.
The district is legally required to adopt its budget by March 31st.
For more information and to get involved, including when to watch board or committee meetings, visit Engage Comox Valley.
