It was a tragedy on Sproat Lake in Port Alberni this weekend.
Officials have recovered the body of a teen who went into the water after his canoe capsized.
The 17 year old was with two others, both 16 years old, who managed to be rescued Saturday afternoon after treading water for about an hour.
The body of the third teen was found last night.
Police say the boy’s family has been notified and his death is not considered suspicious.
