There’s a drop-in Monday morning at the Comox Valley Sports Centre for residents to learn a little more about what the District’s recreation department has to offer.
The rec team will go over capital project plans, current programming, and infrastructure upgrades that have been and will be happening within the facilities.
“We are excited to invite residents to come down and talk with recreation staff about the current projects underway and receive feedback on what is important to our customers,” explains Jennifer Zbinden, Senior Manager of Recreation Services.
“We know that recreation is the heart of this community and want to ensure we are listening to what is important.”
Today’s drop-in at the Sports Centre is on from 9am to 11am. There’s another Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm at the Comox Valley Aquatic Centre.
