The partial demolition and rebuild of the Marine Services Building in Comox begins this week.

Through Federal and Provincial grant funding, the final design for the building will include 3 retail spaces, 2 gender neutral/accessible washrooms, 920 sq. ft. of retail space and a Visitor Information Kiosk.

The current timeline for completion is estimated for late spring 2023.

Temporary washrooms will be provided onsite.
