Dancing & Tapas Raises More Than $20K For Rotary

Final numbers are still being added up, but it was a big weekend for the Rotary Clubs of Campbell River.

They held an annual event on Saturday, April 18, at the Campbell River Community Centre – ‘Dancing & Tapas’, a Campbell River Wheelchairs & More Fundraiser - raising money to provide wheelchairs to those in need in Kenya.

Graham Stewart, with the Rotary Club of Campbell River, says more than $20,000 was collected amid a lot of fun, food and dancing.

The Clubs offered their huge appreciation for the community's great support.
