Residents in the Comox Valley Regional District’s electoral areas are being invited to connect with local officials and learn more about regional initiatives at an upcoming drop-in session.
The event is set for Tuesday, May 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the CVRD Civic Room on Harmston Avenue in Courtenay.
Electoral Area directors Daniel Arbour, Richard Hardy and Edwin Grieve will be on hand to meet with residents, answer questions, and hear feedback on a range of issues.
CVRD staff will also be available to provide information on several key topics, including emergency preparedness, the Saratoga Beach Local Area Plan, septic rebate programs, financial planning, and waste management services.
Organizers say the goal is to give residents an opportunity to stay informed about regional projects while also sharing their concerns and priorities directly with decision-makers.
