The Village of Cumberland is working on a new Official Community Plan and a draft is now ready for review.

The OCP sets out a long-term vision and goals, and includes policies to guide growth and change in the community over 10 years and beyond, guidelines for development, and actions for community well-being.

You can review the draft OCP at engagecomoxvalley.ca/cumberland or pick up a copy at the Village Office and give your feedback until September 29.

There will be a Virtual Open House on Tuesday, September 9, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - register at engagecomoxvalley.ca/cumberland. An in-person open house follows on Wednesday, September 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Masonic Hall at 2687 Dunsmuir Avenue.
