The Village of Cumberland has updated its Community Events Policy, which sets out procedures, rules, and guidelines for the use of Cumberland parks and facilities by organizations and individuals.
Its intention is to establish fair and transparent guidelines to be applied while processing and issuing park use permits, as well as to encourage permit holders to organize responsible events that are in accordance with the community’s values.
The policy will be reviewed periodically, within a year following a general municipal election.
You can learn more about the “do’s and don’ts,” and apply for event bookings, at Village of Cumberland.
