It is a big week for construction ahead in Comox as part of the CVRD’s Sewer Conveyance Project.

The intersection of Balmoral Avenue and Pritchard Road is closed today (starting at 7am) until Wednesday night at 8pm.

Commuters are advised to plan their routes accordingly and avoid the intersection and follow all detour signs.

On Thursday (July 18th), construction on the installation of the sewer force main will continue along Balmoral Avenue, east of Pritchard Road.

Residents can expect a full road closure along Balmoral Avenue between Pritchard and Torrence roads throughout July, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 8 pm.
