The Comox Valley Recreation team continues to make efforts to connect with the public on all things recreation.
They’re inviting residents to learn more about capital project plans, current programming, and infrastructure upgrades taking place at the Comox Valley Aquatic and Sports Centres.
“We’re looking forward to having residents and visitors out to connect with staff and give feedback on what’s important to our customers,” says Jennifer Zbinden, Senior Manager of Recreation Services. “Recreation is at the heart of the Comox Valley, and we want to provide the best experience possible for our community.”
They’re hosting an open house on Monday, September 22 from 5pm to 7pm at the Comox Valley Aquatic Centre. They’ll be at the Sports Centre for a date in December (Dec. 3 - 9am to 11am).
Residents are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions for how to best suit everyone’s recreation needs. AS well, comment submissions will be entered to win one of two 10-visit punch passes to Sports and Aquatic Centres.
