The Comox Valley Schools Board of Education is developing a new Strategic Plan to guide the district, and it wants some feedback from the schools’ community.
Board Chairperson, Michelle Waite, expressed her enthusiasm for the school community’s participation, stating, “This is a pivotal moment for our district as we look to the future. Your participation is crucial in ensuring that our strategic plan is robust, inclusive, and forward-thinking. We look forward to your valuable contributions and thank you in advance for your time and commitment to our schools.”
They want educators, students, parents, and the community to participate in a survey as staff look to determine their vision for the future of the district and gather input toward a new student learning focus of core competency development.
This survey can take about 20 minutes to complete.
There are no mandatory fields, however the board encourages people to fill out as much as they can to help the process along.
You can find the survey at Comox Valley Schools.
