Comox Valley RCMP are looking for information after a break and enter at a residence in Union Bay on July 31st.
It occurred in the 5600-block of 1st Street at a home under construction.
Police say it happened sometime between 7:00 p.m. the night previous and 10:15 a.m. on Monday the 31st.
Someone walked off with about $1000 worth of Dewalt tools.
Investigators are seeking assistance from anyone in the vicinity of the 5600-block of 1st Street.
Anyone who has surveillance footage from the area, or was in the area at the time and witnessed anything suspicious, is asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP at (250) 338-1321 and refer to file 2023-12175.
