Comox Valley RCMP are looking to identify a suspect in a theft from two businesses earlier this month.

They happened on Wednesday February 7th, on the 3200-block of Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay.

The suspect went into one business and walked out without paying for about $1500 worth of merchandise and then allegedly stole $2000 worth of merchandise from another store.

The suspect is described as male, average height with a stocky build. He was wearing a black coat, and toque - his hair was styled in such a way that it flowed out of the hat and covered one eye.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP at (250) 338-1321 and refer to file 2024-1854.
