Printed copies will be available for pick-up at your local recreation centre and at various spots and businesses throughout the Valley.
Program information - which includes sports, drop-in fitness, dance, visual art, cooking, wellness, holiday programs and more - are also available online for viewing and registration through each local government's website.
Registration for the fall programs begins on Monday.
