The Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce is working on a project aimed at understanding and supporting the unique needs of businesses operating in rural areas of the community.
The Chamber says it is in the process of developing a survey dedicated to gathering information so they can get a greater understanding of how to better support businesses.
Specifically, they are looking at what specifically hinders and aids rural businesses located in Electoral Area C.
Funding for the project will come through the Rural Economic Diversification and Infrastructure Program funding.
The Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce says the survey is coming soon.
