The Comox Valley Aquatic Centre will be closing for annual maintenance for most of next month.

The recreation team completes maintenance shutdowns to update infrastructure and complete required facility maintenance.

This year, the CVRD staggered the shutdowns to ensure that one facility is always open.

The Aquatic Centre will close for annual maintenance from August 9 to August 29 while the Sports Centre pool will remain open.

The Aquatic Centre will be open briefly on August 11 from 8 am until 11:30 am for Fall Recreation Guide registration.

Both facilities are closed August 30, 31st and September 1st and will reopen September 2 with the fall schedule in effect.
